新型運(yùn)輸絞車的動(dòng)力學(xué)仿真

Taking the JY-1 new transport winch as an object of studying, theolid model and assembly design were done by software and then it was carried on kinematics anddynamics simulation by use of ADAMS software after obtaining virtual prototype, and movementrelationships and force conditions between parts were analyzed after that. It is provided a reference fora further study on new transport winchKey words: transport winch; ADAMS; dynamic simulation1新型運(yùn)輸絞車JY-1型新型絞車整體采用了“圓錐齒輪傳動(dòng)行星齒輪軟傳動(dòng)-圓柱過橋齒輪傳動(dòng)-圓柱過橋齒輪傳動(dòng)”的閉環(huán)傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng),如圖1所示。它克服了以往絞車如慢速絞車、回柱絞車等存在的不足和缺陷。圖2JY-1型新型運(yùn)輸絞車的虛擬樣機(jī)模型3新型運(yùn)輸絞車的動(dòng)力學(xué)仿真3.1運(yùn)輸絞車的仿真條件(1)仿真前提條件在仿真過程中,忽略齒輪和軸的變形,將所有零部件均視為剛體,為了簡(jiǎn)化模型,對(duì)運(yùn)輸絞車的剛體模型做如下假設(shè):①忽略制造誤差及安裝誤圖1JY-1型新型運(yùn)輸絞車傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)圖1.過橋輪2小齒輪3.左箱體4制動(dòng)輪5.大錐齒輪6.小錐齒差;②不考慮齒輪嚙合過程中的摩擦熱及嚙合變輪7中間箱體8內(nèi)齒圈9太陽輪10行星輪1行星架1右形;③忽略軸承及軸之間的徑向竄動(dòng),且它們之間箱體的相對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)為理想約束。2新型運(yùn)輸絞車虛擬樣機(jī)的建立(2)定義約束及施加載荷圖2為JY-1型新型運(yùn)輸絞車的虛擬樣機(jī),由虛擬樣機(jī)建好后,其重點(diǎn)內(nèi)容就是定義各個(gè)構(gòu)減速箱、卷筒制動(dòng)閘、電機(jī)及底座等幾個(gè)主要部件件之間的聯(lián)接關(guān)系和定義載荷。 ADAMS軟件提供組成。要完成虛擬樣機(jī)的建立,需要在Po/E軟件中了基本約束、常用運(yùn)動(dòng)副約束高副約束和驅(qū)動(dòng);4先對(duì)各個(gè)零部件進(jìn)行三維實(shí)體建模,然后在對(duì)其進(jìn)種類型的力:①作用行裝配,裝配好后在P0E中定義各個(gè)運(yùn)動(dòng)件間的柔性連接力;③特中國(guó)煤化工載荷:②CNMHG④接觸自由度,然后才能在 ADAMS軟件中對(duì)虛擬樣機(jī)進(jìn)力。這些力不會(huì)改變水玩的自出度。行運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)和動(dòng)力學(xué)的仿真。(3)碰撞函數(shù)的選取Vol 33 No 09新型運(yùn)輸紋車的動(dòng)力學(xué)傷真—孫生第33卷第09期在 ADAMS軟件中,碰撞力定義為傳動(dòng)的小齒輪及卷筒的轉(zhuǎn)速與行星輪和過橋輪的≥q0轉(zhuǎn)速方向相反,各個(gè)轉(zhuǎn)速方向滿足內(nèi)、外嚙合的關(guān)F=K(qoq)-C(dg/dt)系ep(, qo,1, 9o, 09
