Research ofEnvironmental Sciences, 2012, 25(10): 1187-1192基于能值方法的甘薯燃料乙醇產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)分析夏訓(xùn)峰',張軍2,賈春蓉2,李曹樂1,席北斗1.中國環(huán)境科學(xué)研究院,北京1000122.西華師范大學(xué)國土資源學(xué)院,四川南充637002摘要:發(fā)展燃料乙醇已成為替代能源戰(zhàn)略下的成熟模式,但傳統(tǒng)燃料乙醇生產(chǎn)的污染問題嚴(yán)重影響了燃料乙醇的生存和發(fā)展因此建立以燃料乙醇生產(chǎn)為核心企業(yè),包括由原料種植者、乙醇生產(chǎn)者、分解者、資源回收利用者等一系列利益相關(guān)者組成的產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)系統(tǒng),已成為燃料乙醇可持續(xù)發(fā)展的有效途徑.根據(jù)燃料乙醇生產(chǎn)過程中對廢物處理和資源化利用情況,將其劃分成傳統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)方案(方案I)廢物處理生產(chǎn)方案(方案Ⅱ)和產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)方案(方案Ⅲ),并采用改進(jìn)后的能值分析方法及指標(biāo)體系對3種生產(chǎn)方案進(jìn)行比較分析結(jié)果表明:與方案I相比,通過廢物處理和中水回用,方案Ⅱ的s(能值產(chǎn)出率)提高了59.37%,επ(環(huán)境負(fù)荷率)降低了75.39%;延長產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈,增加循環(huán)利用方式后,方案Ⅲ比方案Ⅰ的εεγ提高了86.19%,εε降低了8298%,3種生產(chǎn)方案的可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力為方案I<方案Ⅱ<方案Ⅲ關(guān)鍵詞:能值;燃料乙醇;產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)系統(tǒng);可持續(xù)性中圖分類號:F061.5,X24文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)志碼:A文章編號;1001-6929(2012)10-1187-06Analysis of Pachyrhizus Fuel Ethanol Industry Ecosystem Based on EmergyMethodXIA Xun-feng, ZHANG Jun, JIA Chun-rong, LI Cao-le', XI Bei-dou1. However, pollution from traditional fuel ethanol production seriously affects the survival and development of the fuel ethanolndustry. The establishment of an industrial ecosystem which is based on fuel ethanol-producing enterprises, including growers, ethanolroducers, decomposers, collectors of renewable resources, etc, has become an effective way to sustainably develop fuel ethanolAccording to the waste treatment and resource utilization, fuel ethanol production models may be divided into three cases: traditionalproduction (case I), waste treatment case I) and industrial ecosystem( case I). In this paper, these three cases were studiedcomparatively by the improved emergy analysis method and index system. The results showed that compared with case I, the emergyyield ratio of case I was increased by 59. 37%, and the environmental load ratio was decreased by 75. 39%, through waste treatment andintermediate water utilization. With an extended industrial chain and increased recycling, the emergy yield ratio of case Il was increasedby 86. 19%, and the environmental load ratio was reduced by 82.98%, when compared with those of case I. For these three prcases, the sustainable development capacity was ranked in the order of case I
