Shell煤氣化裝置煤粉輸送系統(tǒng)壓降特性研究

第42卷第2期化學(xué)工程Vol. 42 No. 22014年2月CHEMICAL ENGINEERING( CHINA)Feb.2014Shell煤氣化裝置煤粉輸送系統(tǒng)壓降特性研究趙錦波',陸海峰',盛新’,張煒(1.中國石油化工股份有限公司,北京10020; 2.華東理工大學(xué)上海市煤氣化技術(shù)工程研究中心,上海200237;3.中國石油化工股份有限公司安慶分公司,安徽安慶246000; 4. 中石化寧波技術(shù)研究院,浙江寧波315103 )摘要:在中石化安慶Shell粉煤氣化裝置的煤粉輸送系統(tǒng)中,通過新增設(shè)壓力與壓差傳感器,對2#煤線系統(tǒng)的壓降特性進(jìn)行了測試研究。在裝置運行不同階段,分別獲得了煤粉循環(huán)輸送系統(tǒng)與煤粉人爐輸送系統(tǒng)的壓力分布曲線,給出了各系統(tǒng)主要阻力部件煤燒嘴、煤粉流量調(diào)節(jié)閥和減壓器的壓降數(shù)據(jù)及其壓降分率。研究表明:在煤粉循環(huán)輸送系統(tǒng)中,減壓器所占的壓降分率最大,具有良好的提壓作用;煤粉入爐輸送系統(tǒng)的最大壓降在煤粉流量調(diào)節(jié)閥上。針對煤粉流量較低負(fù)荷運行情況下,提出了合理設(shè)置煤粉輸送壓差與煤粉流量調(diào)節(jié)閥開度的優(yōu)化、節(jié)能操作方法。文章還對所獲測量參數(shù)進(jìn)行了綜合整理,給出包括煤粉速度、煤粉質(zhì)量濃度、煤粉流量以及管線壓降的多參數(shù)操作曲線。關(guān)鍵詞粉煤氣化;壓降;氣力輸送中圖分類號:TQ 022.3文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A文章編號:1005-9954(2014)02 0065-04DOI:10. 3969/j. issn. 1005 9954.2014. 02.015Pressure drop characteristics of pneumatic conveyingsystem in Shell coal gasificationZHAO Jin-bo' , LU Hai-feng2 , SHENG Xin' , ZHANG Wei'(1. SINOPEC NingboEngineering Company,Ningbo 315103 , Zhejiang Province, China)Abstract :The pressure drop characteristic of No.2 conveying pipeline of pulverized coal was investigated in Shellcoal gasification plant of Sinopec Anqing Co. The pressure distributions across the main resistance devices on theloop conveying pipeline and gasifier feeding pipeline , respectively,were achieved in different operation conditions.The test results indicate that the let-down device, located on the loop conveying pipeline, has the most pressuredrop fraction in the total pressure drop, showing an excellent effect of pressure boosting for the conveying pipeline.And the most pressure drop fraction in the gasifier feeding conveying pipeline lies in the mass flowrate control valveof pulverized coal. Considering the low-load operation of gasifier, an optimization operation method about thesuitable match between the pressure of feed hopper and the opening of the mass flowrate control valve wassuggested.
