關于《華沙公報》，世界煤炭協(xié)會與波蘭經(jīng)濟部合作制定了《華沙公報》，呼吁為應對氣候變化作出切實貢獻。波蘭經(jīng)濟部已經(jīng)批準了《華沙公報》。我們現(xiàn)在呼吁盡可能多的利益相關者在2013年11月18日至19日在華沙舉行的國際煤炭與氣候峰會前夕簽署《華沙公報》。峰會將于2013年11月18日舉行正式簽字儀式?！度A沙公報》及所有簽署國名單也將送交正在華沙舉行的聯(lián)合國氣候變化框架公約（氣候公約）第十九次締約方會議主席，2013年11月11日至22日。關于世界煤炭協(xié)會，世界煤炭協(xié)會是由主要國際煤炭生產(chǎn)商和利益相關者組成的全球行業(yè)協(xié)會。世界煤炭協(xié)會致力于證明和接受煤炭在實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)和低碳能源未來中的基礎性作用。會員資格向來自世界各地的公司和非營利組織開放，這些公司和非營利組織在煤炭未來的發(fā)展中擁有股份，會員公司的代表為首席執(zhí)行官或董事長。

About the Warsaw Communiqu The Warsaw Communiqu has  been developed by the World Coal  Association, in cooperation with the  Polish Ministry of Economy, to call  for practical contributions to tackling  climate change. The Warsaw Communiqu has already  been endorsed by the Polish Ministry  of Economy. We are now calling for  as many interested stakeholders  as possible to sign the Warsaw  Communiqu in the run up to the  International Coal & Climate Summit  in Warsaw, 18-19 November 2013. An official signing ceremony will be held  at the Summit on 18 November 2013. The Warsaw Communiqu, with a list  of all signatories, will also be delivered  to the President of the 19th Conference  of the Parties to the United Nations  Framework Convention on Climate  Change (COP19), which is being held  in Warsaw, from 11-22 November 2013.About the World Coal Association The World Coal Association is a  global industry association formed  of major international coal producers  and stakeholders. WCA works to  demonstrate and gain acceptance  for the fundamental role coal plays  in achieving a sustainable and lower  carbon energy future. Membership is  open to companies and not-for-profit  organisations with a stake in the future  of coal from anywhere in the world,  with member companies represented  at Chief Executive or Chairman level.
